REVIEWS: 2011 & 2013 SURVEY RESULTS.
In November 2011 and again in March 2013 online, we initiated Customer Satisfaction surveys.
Ratings were numbered 1 to 5, with 1 (poor), 2 (acceptable), 3 (good), 4 (very good), and 5 (excellent).
The results were as follows:

OVERALL RATINGS FOR BOTH SURVEYS CAME IN AT 4.4. THAT'S GREAT !!!

Everyone had a great time. Jeff and the other person were very helpful with setting things up and explaining how the simulators worked. Very flexible and easy going guys. All requests were responded to positively. The set up of the event couldn’t have worked out any better. We look forward to having an event there again in the future. Christmas Party Golf Tournament. Dec 10, 2011.
We just wanted to thank you and your staff for the great service we received December 10, 2011 for our annual Golf Tournament and Staff Christmas Party.
A special thank you to Joe and PJ, they were great with our employees, and the night ran very smoothly because of them.
The virtual golf concept was new for us, and we did not know what to expect. We are very happy to say that golfing at Pebble beach in December was a great experience and one that we will most likely repeat again.
The space was perfect to set up and serve our buffet dinner, play golf and socialize and celebrate the holidays with our employees.

It was fantastic. Your staff was really great and the simulators were easy to use.
We had pretty much an even number of non golfers to golfers and they all liked the tracking of how far the ball went and how accurate it picked up bad shots.
I think we all left with the desire to return again either with a group booking or with a couple of friends.

We all had a marvelous time and I have heard from some employees that they plan to go back with friends. Your bar staff were great. They were friendly and very helpful. I’ve been telling everyone that even if you don’t golf it’s a great place to hang with some friends, have a few drinks and still feel like you’re being active.
Only suggestion I’d make is to have more tequila on hand! We finished the bottle ;-( Thanks for picking up the gluten-free beer. The special service was very much appreciated.
